That is what Roan has fought for hundreds and hundreds of years. Impossible to think there would be anything that could free him from his curse of becoming goblin. Then he is called by Eliza and everything changes.
There is a damsel in distress, an evil sorcerer, a king, a curse and mythical creatures. Husk has turned a simple fairy tale into a story of redeeming love. The hell that Roan and his brother have lived with for so long is truly a lonely and bleak existence. Anyone would begin to feel that way with nothing to fight for. In true fairy tale fashion Roan is given love to fight for.
An enjoyable read that will have you wrapped up in Roan and Eliza's impossible choices. You will also feel for Roan's brother Dai and hope for his own freedom. Lucky for us he will get his own story.
